With the expected cold temperatures and potential for significant snow accumulation, we want to assure all residents and owners that Carl and the Board have a plan of action to keep us all safe and roadways and sidewalks as clear as possible. Please communicate with the office, Board members and Carl (cell for texts and calls: 330-401-7919) about any EMERGENCIES that may occur. Also understand that we have no control over the weather, but will do our best to accommodate everyone during these next few days. The Community Center can serve as a retreat should power go out. We have a generator that will operate, if needed, providing a warm space and electricity for necessities. Understand that the Center is OPEN for all RESIDENTS AND OWNERS to use. As always, it is expected that any use will also have proper cleanup and parking.
